(Статья контракта.)Поставщик не имеет права без письменного согласия Компании переступать или передавать в субаренду Контракт целиком или частями и при наличии такого согласия на любую передачу Контракта в субаренду Поставщик обязан: - обеспечить и взять на себя ответственность за соблюдение субподрядчиком условий Контракта; - включить в субподрядный договор положения, которые согласуются с этими условиями, обеспечивают благо Компании и могут быть приведены ею в исполнение в принудительном порядке; и предоставить Компании копии любых субподрядных договоров по её требованию в любое время. — The Supplier shall not assign or without the written consent of the Company sub-let the Contract in whole or in part and it shall be a condition of any such consent to any sub-letting of the Contract. Supplier shall: - ensure and be responsible for the compliance by any sub-contractor with the terms of the Contract; - include in the sub-contract provisions consistent with these conditions for the benefit of and enforceable by the Company; and - furnish the Company with copies of any sub-contract upon the Company's request at any time.
