main operations center (MOC)
Non-competition venue which functions to provide a centralized information, coordination, reporting and decision-making system, allowing the OCOG executive and its partners/agencies to manage the effective conduct of the Games. It provides support to venues and functional areas to resolve issues that cannot or should not be resolved at those locations.
