В руководстве представлены требования и правила, которыми следует руководствоваться при реализации программы предотвращения теневого маркетинга в крайне сложных условиях, которыми характеризуются этапы подготовки и проведения Игр. Руководство призвано стать подробным справочным пособием для сотрудников ОКОИ по вопросам обеспечения легитимности объектов в соответствии с установленными принципами и правилами. В нем изложены конкретные задачи работы в различных областях, приведена общая информация о наиболее актуальных проблемах, сформулированы практические шаги по реализации каждой программы и рассмотрен целый ряд вопросов, имеющих отношение к законодательному регулированию, применению положений Олимпийской хартии и Контракта о Городе-организаторе.

This manual provides the OCOG with a comprehensive source of Olympic clean venue regulations and guidelines. Included are statements of program objectives, background information on various issues, steps for program implementation, and discussions of issues that are pertinent to the law, to the Olympic Charter, and to the Host City Contract.
