Элемент шинопровода, включающий в себя шины, опоры и изоляцию шин, оболочку (кожух), а также средства крепления и присоединения элемента шинопровода к другим элементам. Секция шинопровода может иметь средства для присоединения ответвительных устройств.
Примечание. Секции шинопровода делят на прямые, угловые, тройниковые и крестовые (крестообразные).
