Ключевой элемент обеспечения правильности хода митотического процесса (состоит из центриоли centriole и окружающего ее перицентриолярного вещества pericentriolar substance), элемент митотического аппарата mitotic apparatus; точного определения понятия «Ц» пока не существуют - под Ц. подразумевают либо более крупное окружающее центриоль образование, либо наиболее стабильный элемент астера aster (т.е. сама центриоль), либо все элементы внутренней «временной» зоны астера; деление Ц. автономно, однако их расхождение (с образованием центродесмы) происходит лишь в профазе следующего деления; Ц. отсутствуют у всех высших и некоторых других растений.* * *Центросома — ключевой элемент митотического аппарата, обеспечивающий правильность хода митотического процесса (см. Митоз), который состоит из центриоли и окружающего ее перицентриолярного вещества. Точного определения этого понятия пока не существует, поэтому под Ц. подразумевают:а) крупное образование, окружающее центриоль;б) стабильный элемент астера, или саму центриоль;в) все элементы внутренней временной зоны астера. Ц. делится автономно, но расхождение дочерних Ц. происходит лишь в профазе следующего деления.
