1 casual worker
HRsomebody who provides labor or services under an irregular or informal working arrangement. A casual worker is usually considered as an independent contractor rather than an employee. Consequently, there is no obligation on the part of an employer to provide work, and there is no obligation on the part of the casual worker to accept all offers of work made by an employer. -
