(капитализированная стоимость) 1. Стоимость актива, записанная в балансе компании или иной организации, обычно перед списанием износа (depreciation). 2. Денежный эквивалент актива, который приносит регулярный доход, рассчитываемый исходя из преобладающих процентных ставок. Например, участок земли, приносящий ежегодный доход в размере 1 000 ф. ст., при преобладающей ставке процента 10% будет иметь капитализированную стоимость 10 000 ф. ст. (т.е. 1 000 ф.ст./0,1). Капитализированная стоимость не всегда отражает истинную стоимость. -
