Показатель, характеризующий эффективность деятельности предприятия в долгосрочном плане с точки зрения различных групп субъектов (акционеров/пайщиков; кредиторов, персонала, высшей администрации); определяется путем дисконтирования различных денежных потоков (превышений соответствующих поступлений над выплатами), возникающих в результате деятельности предприятия в течение рассматриваемого периода. В зависимости от целей использования, показатель ценности(стоимости) капитала принимает форму ценности (стоимости) совокупного капитала, ценности (стоимости) акционерного/собственного капитала; ценности (стоимости) заемного капитала и чистой ценности (стоимости) капитала предприятия. Используется в качестве целевого показателя в стратегическом планировании и планировании инвестиций.
