Объект Игр, специально предназначенный для передачи связанных с Играми программ и интервью по радио и телевидению. В нем сосредоточено все вещательное телекоммуникационное оборудование как для доставки, так и для распределения программ. Международный вещательный центр также предназначен для размещения правообладателей и предоставления им в соответствии с их потребностями вещательного оборудования, оборудованного пространства и основных услуг, позволяющих им подготавливать и транслировать радио- и телерепортажи с Игр.

Games facility specifically designed and implemented for Games TV program and interview broadcasts. All broadcast telecommunications equipment both for contribution and distribution is concentrated at this point. The international broadcast center is also designed to accommodate the rights holders and to place at their disposal, according to their needs, broadcasting equipment, constructed space and basic services enabling them to prepare and transmit their radio and television coverage of the Games.

общий фонд удержаний
В общий фонд удержаний вносятся пять процентов от сумм, получаемых ОКОИ за продажу прав на трансляцию и по Олимпийской маркетинговой программе. Управление и контроль над фондом осуществляет МОК. МОК определяет использование общего фонда удержаний в отношении организации Игр и соответствующих обязательств ОКОИ.

Five percent of the sums of money payable to the OCOG, in relation to the sale of all broadcasting rights and an international Olympic marketing program, shall be paid into a general retention fund maintained and controlled by the IOC. The IOC shall determine the application of the general retention fund in relation to the organization of the Games and the obligations of the OCOG in respect thereof.
