It found that less than 2% of IT decision-makers at 361 UK firms had installed DSL as their primary method. More than 40% of public and private sector companies had adopted ISDN. Half of firms with 500-1,000 employees used ISDN, as did 45% of smaller firms with up to 250 employees. Reliability, availability and speed of access were cited as reasons for adoption.
