Anschlag, I) öffentliche Bekanntmachung, a) die Handlung: promulgatio (eines Gesetzes, Gesetzvorschlags etc. zu vorläufiger Kenntnisnahme). – proscriptio (wenn etwas verkauft od. versteigert od. vermietet. verpachtet werden soll). – b) das Angeschlagene: libellus cum inscriptione fixus. positus propalam libellus (öffentlicher A. übh.). – edictum (Manifest, Verordnung zur Nachachtung für andere). – tabulae auctionariae (Bekanntmachung, daß etw. versteigert werden soll). – titulus (Aufschrift, z. B. an einem Hause, daß es verkauft od. vermietet werden soll). – einen A. machen, libellum od. edictum proponere: wegen einer Auktion, auctionem proponere od. proscribere: etwas durch öffentl. A. bekannt machen, s. »bekannt machen« unter »bekannt«: etwas durch öffentl. A. feilbieten, s. anschlagen no. I, 2, b. – II) Abschätzung, Taxe: aestimatio. – in A. kommen, in aestimationem venire, spectari (uneig., berücksichtigt werden): das kommt nicht in A., hoc nihil [142] interest od. refert (das ist nicht von Wichtigkeit, macht nichts aus). – in A. bringen. ducere od. habere rationem alcis rei (in Berücksichtigung, Erwägung ziehen); comparare cum alqa re (in Vergleich ziehen); putare. reputare (überrechnen, berechnen, z. B. sumptus litis et viatica: uneig. = erwägen, z. B. rep. infirmitatem suam: u. in quo illud debes putare mit Akk. u. Infin.); calculum ponere (eine Berechnung anstellen = in Betracht ziehen, z. B. bring alle Gründe für u. wider, die ich angeregt habe, in A., omnes, quos ego movi, in utraque parte calculos pone); spectare alqd (berücksichtigen). – III) ausgedachter Plan, Vorhaben: consilium (Plan, Ggstz. inceptum). – machina. machinatio (Kunstgriff, versteckter, boshafter A.). – geheime Anschläge, clandestina consilia: einen A. machen, consilium capere, inire, gegen jmd., auf etw., contra alqm, de alqa re: geheime Anschläge machen, clandestinis consiliis operam dare; consilia clam inire: einen A. jmdm. an die Hand geben, consilii auctorem esse alci.
