Граничный слой (поверхностный слой, пограничный слой, кристаллизационный дворик)Неоднородный тонкий слой определенной толщины и объема, который располагается по обе стороны поверхности, разделяющей две соприкасающиеся объемные фазы. В более узком значении - слой расплава, из которого кристалл «вычерпывает» элементы для своего роста.
