(block error rate) -частота [дисковых] ошибочных блоков, частота блоков с ошибкамиколичественный показатель качества диска; стандарт "Красная книга" (Red Book, IEC 908) определяет максимально допустимое значение BLER - не более 220 блоков в секунду (вычисляется среднее значение при измерении на интервалах по 10 c).
