Коносамент
Документ, подтверждающий отгрузку товара по морю. Коносамент выдается перевозчиком владельцу груза и удостоверяет обязательство передать груз в порту назначения грузополучателю. В коносаменте содержится следующая информация: название судна, наименование перевозчика, отправителя и получателя, место погрузки и место назначения, описание товара и др. Коносамент выполняет три функции: служит распиской капитана о принятии груза к перевозке, является товарораспорядительным документом и доказательством наличия договора морской перевозки.Новый англо-русский словарь-справочник.
