Документ, который выдается импортером, оказавшимся не в состоянии дать полное описание импортируемого груза, таможенным и акцизным властям и разрешающий им произвести после разгрузки досмотр товаров. После разгрузки товаров и предоставления импортером недостающей информации заполняется таможенная декларация и импортер получает справку о произведенном таможенном досмотре (perfected the sight).
