предложение покупателя
1. Цена (часто называемая ценой покупателя (bid price)), по которой “делатель рынка” (market maker) готов покупать акции: низшая из двух цен, котируемых на экранах системы “ТОПИК” (ТОРIС) в электронной системе информации о ценах на Лондонской фондовой бирже (SEAQ system) (высшая из двух цен является ценой продавца (offer price)); разница между двумя ценами называется спредом цен покупателя и продавца (bid-offer spread). Некоторые дилеры предпочитают исходить из котируемых цен, тогда как другие обычно торгуются. См. также: offer price (цена предложения продавца).
2. Предложение, сделанное одной компанией другой компании с целью купить ее акции; попытка поглощения.
3. Цена, при которой покупатель готов заключить сделку. Если продавец сделал предложение (offer), цену которого покупатель считает слишком высокой, он может предложить более низкую цену (или более выгодные условия). Получив предложение покупателя, продавец может его принять, отклонить или выдвинуть контрпредложение. После того как покупатель сделал свое предложение, первоначальное предложение продавца утрачивает силу.
