ведомость основных материалов
Список всех сборочных узлов, промежуточных продуктов, деталей и сырья, которые включаются в итоговый узел при сборке (производстве).
В таком списке должно быть указано количество материала каждого типа, необходимое для сборки узла. Используется для определения перечня товаров и изделий, на основе которого формируются заявки на закупку и производственные заказы.
Существует ряд разновидностей ВОМ, включая одноуровневый ВОМ, модульный ВОМ, инженерный (конструкторский) ВОМ, матричный ВОМ, калькуляционный ВОМ. Если собрать всю иерархию ВОМ, используемых при производстве одного готового изделия, то получится картина, обычно изображаемая в виде «дерева входимости» или «многоуровневого ВОМ».
Принципиальной проблемой, решаемой в ходе «разузлования», является переход от этого древовидного списка к линейному списку потребности, точнее, к матрице «потребность/сроки/источники».
