(банковский акцепт) Срочная тратта (time draft), по которой должна состояться выплата определенной суммы денег и которая акцептована банком. Это-форма простого векселя/долгового обязательства, широко используемая в международной торговле; будучи однажды подписанной и фиксированной по дате платежа, она может обращаться до наступления срока платежа.
