маржа банка
Разница между ставками размещения и привлечения средств, то есть между кредитной и депозитной ставками. Измеряется в процентных пунктах: если, например, депозитная ставка 5%, а кредитная 7%, то маржа равна 2 процентным пунктам. В банках рассчитываются минимальная маржа (меньше которой деятельность банка становится нерентабельной), средняя маржа и другие аналогичные показатели. На банковскую маржу влияют сроки предоставления кредитов и хранения депозитов, проценты – фиксированные на весь срок и плавающие. Важным показателем эффективности деятельности банков является Чистая процентная маржа (ЧПМ).
