" in totoxin quimahmâmahtiyahqueh yehhuâtl in copalxiquipilli ", ils portent sur le dos de petits sacs, ce sont des aumônières à encens. Sah 1952,168:33 = Sah9,4 (intotoxi).

D'après Schultze Iena Le terme désignerait les prêtres qui portent cette aumônière. SIS 1952,330 et il traduit: 'die totoxi-Priester nahmen die Kopalbeutel in die Hand'. Sah 1952,168:33.

Anders.Dib. interprètent 'intotoxi' comme une forme possédée et traduisent: 'they went carrying their small bags upon their backs ; these were incense bags'. Sah9,4.

Note: il s'agit peut-être d'une reduplication pluralisante sur toxin et il faudrait transcrire tohtoxin.
