En typisk struktur vil være en kuponrente, der fastsættes ved hver termin som to gange den faste rente for den pågældende løbetid (swap- eller statsobligationsrenten) fratrukket den korte rente for den pågældende termin (f.eks. 3 eller 6 måneders LIBOR-sats). -
