дестабилизация остаточного аустенита
Уменьшение устойчивости остаточ. аустенита в стали пластической деформацией или снижением содерж. углерода в результате низкотемп-рного отпуска. Но при таком отпуске одноврем. распадается мартенсит, что снижает тв. стали. Поэтому при очень высоких требованиях к стабильности структуры и размеров изделий из сталей с выс. содержанием углерода, в структуре к-рых после закалки есть остаточ. аустенит (калибры, прециз. подшипники качения и др.), их обрабат. холодом немедленно после закалки, уменьшающей кол-во остаточ. аустенита.
