non-rights holding broadcast organization (ENR)
Organization that has not been granted the exclusive television and/or radio rights by the IOC to broadcast the Games in a particular territory. These organizations can be accredited at the Games, at the discretion of the IOC, under the category of "ENR". As a non-rights holding broadcast organization, the organization and every individual appointed by the organization will have restricted access only at the Games, as defined by the IOC’s "News Access Rules".
