Приварка шпилек.Дуговая сварка соприкасающихся поверхностей шпильками или подобным крепежем, заготовка нагревается и плавится дугой, выведенной между ними. Затем шпилька быстро опускается на заготовку для приварки. Частичная защита может быть получена использованием керамической обечайки вокруг шпильки. Защитный газ может использоваться или нет. Известно два основных метода приварки шпилек:1) приварка шпилек дугой, при котором требуется большое количество свариваемого металла вокруг основания шпильки и относительно глубокое проникновение в основной металл;2) приварка шпилек разрядом конденсатора, которая требует небольшого количества свариваемого металла вокруг основания шпильки и поверхностного проникновения в основной металл.
