1 аминоацил-тРНК-синтетазы
[англ. amino — группа NH2, от ammonia — аммиак, сокр. от лат. sal ammoniacus — соль Аммона, нашатырь и лат. acidum — кислота; греч. synthesis — соединение, составление]ферменты, осуществляющие аминоацилирование тРНК (см. аминоацилирование). Процесс происходит в два этапа: вначале фермент активирует соответствующую аминокислоту с образованием 5'- аминоациладенилата, который затем атакуется 2'(3')-концом тРНК, что приводит к образованию соответствующей ковалентной связи между аминокислотой и тРНК.Толковый биотехнологический словарь.
