Ссуда/кредит
Денежная сумма, предоставленная собственником денежного капитала (кредитором) заемщику на условиях возвратности за плату в виде процента. Ссудный капитал является основным источником кредитования всей экономической деятельности. Кредиты могут быть обеспеченными (secured) или без обеспечения (unsecured). В первом случае кредитор обычно требует от заемщика обеспечения кредита в виде залога имущества, которым он сможет распорядиться в случае неплатежеспособности заемщика. См.
