panel d'experts de l'UEFA m UEFAGroupe de personnes possédant une expérience et un savoir-faire spécifiques, créé si nécessaire par le Comité exécutif de l'UEFA, le président de l'UEFA ou le secrétaire général de l'UEFA pour une durée de deux ans afin d'accomplir des tâches précises dans un domaine particulier.► Un panel d'experts de l'UEFA a une fonction consultative, à moins que le Règlement d'organisation de l'UEFA, ou tout autre règlement adopté par le comité exécutif de l'UEFA, lui confère un pouvoir décisionnel. Un panel d'experts de l'UEFA se compose d'un président, d'un vice-président et du nombre de membres ordinaires jugé nécessaire à son bon fonctionnement. Les panels d'experts de l'UEFA sont les suivants: Panel des experts administratifs, Panel des surfaces de jeu en gazon synthétique, Panel Construction et gestion des stades, Panel du football de base, Panel Jira, Panel de certification d'arbitrage, Panel des directives d'arbitrage, Panel des arbitres de haut niveau, Panel consultatif des arbitres, Panel antidopage.
UEFA expert panel UEFAA group of people who have specific expertise and know-how in a field, appointed if necessary by the UEFA Executive Committee, the UEFA president or the UEFA general secretary for a duration of two years in order to carry out special duties related to that specific field.► A UEFA expert panel has an advisory function, unless the UEFA Organisational Regulations or any other regulations adopted by the UEFA Executive Committee grant it decision-making powers. A UEFA expert panel is composed of a chairman, vice-chairman and the number of ordinary members deemed necessary for the panel to function properly. The UEFA expert panels are: Administrative Experts Panel, Artificial Turf Panel, Stadium Construction and Management Panel, Grassroots Football Panel, Jira Panel, Refereeing Certification Panel, Refereeing Guidelines Panel, Top Referees Panel, Referees Consultative Panel, Anti-Doping Panel.
