Dam-метилаза, ДНК-аденин м. — сайт-специфическая ДНК-метилаза, кодируемая Dam-геном из E. coli. Метилаза катализирует перенос метильных групп с σ -аденозилметионина в N6-позицию аденина в последовательности 5'-GATC-3' → 5'-GAmTC-3'.
