26 ACCRUED INCOME SCHEME
(схема накопленного дохода) Налоговое правило, применяемое в Великобритании в тех случаях, когда владелец приносящих проценты ценных бумаг сбрасывает их. При налогообложении процент, наросший на ценные бумаги за период между последней выплатой процента по ним и моментом их сброса, рассматривается как доход лица, переуступающего свое право на эти ценные бумаги. Получатель этих ценных бумаг и, следовательно, дохода по ним имеет право вычесть сумму такого дохода из своего налогооблагаемого дохода. Схема не распространяется на нерезидентов и на те случаи, когда передача ценных бумаг является частью коммерческой деятельности.
