Легкая промышленность, деревообработка, производство корпусов грузовиков и школьных автобусов, сельскохозяйственного оборудования. Колледж Бартон [Barton College] (1902; ранее назывался Атлантическим христианским [Atlantic Christian College]), Уилсонский технический колледж [Wilson Technical Community College] (1958). Основан в 1849, назван в честь генерала и члена законодательного собрания штата Л. Уилсона [Wilson, Louis D.]. -
