(заглавие русского перевода романа Г. Грина "Our Man in Havanna" - 1958 г.) Unser Mann in Havanna (Titel eines Romans von G. Green). Der Hauptheld dieses satirischen Buchs wird als britischer Geheimagent auf Kuba angeworben; seine Tätigkeit, vor der es ihm anfangs graut, erweist sich aber bald als ausgesprochen fette Pfründe, weil die Bürokraten, die seinen "Dienst" pünktlich - und gut - bezahlen, mit "ihrem Mann" nichts anzufangen wissen. Der Ausdruck wird im Russischen in einem ganz anderen Sinn verwendet, und zwar als eine scherzhafte Bezeichnung für den Angehörigen eines Kollektivs, der in ein Organ gewählt bzw. auf einen Posten ernannt, sich bei passender Gelegenheit für die Interessen seines früheren Kollektivs einsetzen kann.Русско-немецкий словарь крылатых слов > Наш человек в Гаване
