Chacun a le droit de rechercher, d'obtenir, de transmettre, de produire et de diffuser librement des informations par tout moyen légal. La liste des informations constituant un secret d'Etat est fixée par la loi fédérale. 5. La liberté de l'information de masse est garantie.
