нормирование целей
Метод определения значимости отдельных целей и подцелей при анализе дерева целей. Состоит в том, что каждой из целей определенного уровня (принадлежащих к одной ветви), приписывается удельный вес, показывающий относительную значимость данной цели по сравнению с другими, ведущими к достижению той же цели более высокого уровня. Удельные веса определяются на основе экспертных оценок.
