Закон о добросовестной конкуренции
Закон, принятый в Великобритании в 1973 г. в целях совершенствования законодательства в области конкуренции (см. Competition policy (UK)). На основании закона был учрежден новый государственный орган - Управление по вопросам добросовестной конкуренции, который был наделен правом осуществлять контроль за всеми аспектами конкурентной политики, включая изменения структуры рынков, торговую политику компаний, регистрацию соглашений об ограничении деловой практики и т.д. (см. Office of fair trading). Закон также обязывает Управление осуществлять контроль за некоторыми сторонами предпринимательской деятельности, затрагивающими интересы потребителей, например, за соблюдением правил описания товара и указания установленных единиц измерения, общепринятых норм честного предпринимательства.
