3 Conditional sentence
Условное придаточное предложение выражает условие, при котором может осуществиться событие, описываемое в главном предложении, например: If it rains, I'll get wet. — Если пойдет дождь, то я промокну. Придаточное предложение вводится условным союзом, чаще всего - союзом if (см. Conditional conjunctions). Союз может опускаться при инверсии (см. Inversion in condition). В придаточном предложении иногда может быть опущено подлежащее и связка (см. Ellipsis in condition).Условные предложения делятся в английском языке на три типа.1) условные предложения первого типа (см. Condition: type 1)., I'll go abroad. — Если я потеряю работу, то уеду за границу.2) условные предложения второго типа (см. Condition: type 2), I would go abroad. — Если бы я потерял работу, то поехал бы за границу. (маловероятно, что это произойдет).3) условные предложения третьего типа (см.
