Совет директоров
Группа людей, которые избираются на общем собрании акционеров и несут ответственность за управление компанией. В Совет директоров обычно входят исполнительные директора ( executive directors) и директора-советники, которые пользуются большим авторитетом в своей области (non-executive directors). Возглавляет Совет директоров президент компании. Совет проводит регулярные заседания, на которых разрабатываюся основные направления деятельности компании и назначаются ключевые управляющие. См.
