•• Это слово относится к разряду модных, по-моему, даже слишком. Семантика его расширилась, и употребление в переносном смысле участилось. Наши переводчики часто пишут (и говорят) повестка дня и даже просто повестка (в суд?). Но гораздо более подходящими были бы другие переводы, например, программа, намерения, планы. Лет десять назад вошло в моду словосочетание hidden agenda, которое означает скрытые (как правило, недобрые) намерения.
