(TEMPORARY ASSURANCE) (страхование жизни на срок) Полис страхования жизни, который обеспечивает выплату страховой суммы в случае смерти страхователя в течение определенного периода времени (срока). Страховая сумма не выплачивается, если владелец полиса умрет до начала этого периода или после его завершения. Такая форма страхования часто используется для того, чтобы обеспечить погашение ссуды, выкуп закладной и т.д.; при этом страховой полис действует до срока погашения ссуды или выкупа закладной.
