IV, 7 או׳) ההינייהוכ׳ the overreaching, to be actionable, must be at least four Mah Y.Keth.XI, 34c top אין למקחה׳וכ׳ against purchase there is no claim for overreaching, i. e. the purchase itself is not invalidated.
