Konj. od. mit folg. Akk. u. Infin. od. durch speciem praebere alcis rei od. alcis ausgedrückt, z.B. geh zum Sch. auf das Schiff, simulato, quasi eas in navem: er war nur zum Sch. rasend, simulavit se furere; simulavit furentem: er verteidigte sich zum Sch., speciem defensionis praebuit. – unter dem Scheine, specie. per od. ad speciem. nomine (um zu beschönigen): simulatione. per simulationem (um zu bemänteln); auch verb. simulatione et nomine. – II) schriftliche Beglaubigung: testimonium litterarum (in bezug auf den Inhalt). – codicillus. libellus (in bezug auf das Material, Zettel).
