Всемирный партнер обладает эксклюзивным правом управлять официальными центрами торговли значками (на объектах Игр или за их пределами), включая и центры торговли значками через Интернет, если Оргкомитет «Сочи-2014» принимает решение санкционировать существование такого центра (таких центров). Точное количество и местонахождение центров торговли значками должно согласовываться Оргкомитетом «Сочи-2014» и Всемирным партнером.

TOP partner has the right to operate official Pin Trading Centers (on-site and off-site) on an exclusive basis. This includes on-line Pin Trading Centers, if Sochi 2014 desires to allow such on-line center(s). The exact number and location of Pin Trading Centers shall be mutually agreed upon by Sochi 2014 and the TOP partner.
