Ни один Контракт не становится действительным до тех пор, пока заказ Продавца (размещенный в любой форме) не будет акцептован (а) письменным акцептом Компании (b) доставкой Товаров и (с) счётом-фактурой Компании [или в случае проведения формальной процедуры приёмки после заполнения и подписания бланка заказа на обороте от имени Покупателя и подписания подтверждения заказа на обороте от имени Компании]. — 1. No Contract shall come into existence until the Customer's order (however given) is accepted by the earliest of (a) the Company's written acceptance (b) delivery of the Goods and (c) the Company's invoice [or if there is to be a formal acceptance procedure the order form overleaf has been completed and signed on behalf of the Customer and the order acknowledgement overleaf has been signed on behalf of the company].

    Поставщик не имеет права без письменного согласия Компании переступать или передавать в субаренду Контракт целиком или частями и при наличии такого согласия на любую передачу Контракта в субаренду Поставщик обязан: - обеспечить и взять на себя ответственность за соблюдение субподрядчиком условий Контракта; - включить в субподрядный договор положения, которые согласуются с этими условиями, обеспечивают благо Компании и могут быть приведены ею в исполнение в принудительном порядке; и предоставить Компании копии любых субподрядных договоров по её требованию в любое время. — The Supplier shall not assign or without the written consent of the Company sub-let the Contract in whole or in part and it shall be a condition of any such consent to any sub-letting of the Contract. Supplier shall: - ensure and be responsible for the compliance by any sub-contractor with the terms of the Contract; - include in the sub-contract provisions consistent with these conditions for the benefit of and enforceable by the Company; and - furnish the Company with copies of any sub-contract upon the Company's request at any time.

    накладная КДПГ
    Юридический договорный документ, между грузоотправителем, перевозчиком и грузополучателем, который стандартизирует условия, определенные договором международной дорожной перевозки грузов, в частности, в отношении используемых документов и ответственности перевозчика в целях упрощения международных автодорожных перевозок и международной торговли. Для того чтобы использовать накладную КДПГ, по меньшей мере одна из стран, осуществляющих международную перевозку (страна отправления или назначения), должна быть Договаривающейся стороной Конвенции о договоре международной дорожной перевозки грузов (КДПГ). Для международных автодорожных перевозок этот документ должен содержать сведения, предписываемые Конвенцией КДПГ: дату отгрузки, наименование товара, подлежащего перевозке, имя и адрес перевозчика, наименование получателя, срок доставки, стоимость перевозки. Накладная подписывается перевозчиком и грузоотправителем. Накладная не является товарораспорядительным документом, не может быть индоссирована, груз выдается указанному в ней получателю
