Gen Mgta technique for the analysis and design of computer systems. The structured systems analysis and design method was developed by the Central Computer and Telecommunications Agency in the United Kingdom in the early 1980s. The technique adopts a structured methodology toward systems development through the use of data flow, logical data, and entity event modeling.
