Флуоресцентный РРА, при котором компенсация эффекта матрицы осуществляется путем измерения потока квантов в двух или более участках спектра, один из которых располагается в области энергии характеристического излучения анализируемого элемента, а другой - в области энергии излучения, рассеянного анализируемой пробой.
