платежеспособный спрос
Спрос на товары и услуги, обеспеченный денежными средствами покупателей, то есть: а) населения страны, если речь идет о потребительском спросе, б) организаций бизнеса (платежеспособный спрос на факторы производства), в) государственные институты (спрос на оружие для вооруженных сил и органов правопорядка, товары для здравоохранения и образования и др.) В его формировании и структурировании ключевую роль играют склонность к сбережению, уровень доходов и заработной платы, инфляционная ситуация (см. Инфляция), ставка процента и ряд других факторов. Когда при анализе спроса и предложения рисуют кривую спроса, то имеют в виду именно платежеспособный спрос, противостоящий реальному предложению. Платежеспособный спрос на конкретный товар (или услугу) определяется предпочтениями покупателя, его финансовыми возможностями, а зачастую и просто психологическим и, «поведенческими» факторами. Так что платежеспособный спрос не обязательно соответствует платежеспособной потребности в тех или иных товарах и услугах.
