(заглавие книги Дж. Рида - 1919 г.) Zehn Tage, die die Welt erschütterten (Titel des Buches von J. Reed "Ten Days that Shook the World"). Der nordamerikanische Publizist und Politiker John Reed war 1917 als Kriegsberichterstatter in Russland Zeuge der Oktoberrevolution in Petrograd, begrüßte sie als deren begeisterter Anhänger und beschrieb seine Eindrücke in dem berühmten Buch unter dem vorstehenden Titel, das 1919 in New York mit einem Vorwort von Lenin erschien.
