3 lock-up period
1) På det amerikanske marked: Den periode, der skal gå, før en emission må sælges til individuelle investorer, dvs. at emissionen skal være placeret på markedet og aktivt have været på det sekundære marked i mindst 40 dage. Se også seasoned issue.2) I Euro market: Perioden fra closing date til udstedelsen af de endelige obligationer har fundet sted, dvs. den periode, hvor global note repræsenterer hele emissionen.3) På aktiemarkedet: Den periode i hvilken en større aktionær har forpligtet sig til ikke at afhænde aktier i et selskab.
