5 San Diego
[ˏsændɪˊeɪgǝu] г.
habitat, siteSix heathland sites were used in the present study. These included samples of all types of habitats occupied by wheatears (каменки, Aves), ranging from bare sand, through extremely short-cropped turf, to longer grass, sand sedge (Carex sp.) and heather (Calluna vulgaris) .There is a marked preference for nesting in abandoned caves, if available, and the highest breeding density are reached in areas with abundant caves. These caves offer constant moderate temperatures in aqenvironment characterized by thermal extremes .The boulder-fields are the preferred habitat of this bird species, which occurs only rarely above the Cave Sandstone belt .Birds are found from near sea-level to 1 500 m elevation, locally to 2 200 m. They are quite flexible in their habitat requirements. .Therefore, these birds avoid barren areas and, conversely, are locally quite common in cultivated valleys of the Elburz Range .конкуренция межвидовая из-за местообитание - interspecific competition for habitatперекрывание местообитание - у разных видовsymbiotopy, partial symbiotopyмежвидовые различия в местообитание - interspecific differences in habitat selectionместообитаний разрушение - habitat loss, habitat destructionHabitat loss does not immediately threaten an individual life, but its cessation does not allow a species until habitat is replaced. cave
1) An underground hollow with access from the ground surface or from the sea, often found in limestone areas and on rocky coastlines.
2) A natural cavity, chamber or recess which leads beneath the surface of the earth, generally in a horizontal or obliquely inclined direction. It may be in the form of a passage or a gallery, its shape depending in part on the joint pattern or structure of the rock and partly on the type of process involved in its excavation. Thus, caves worn by subterranean rivers may be different in character from, and of considerably greater extent than, a sea-cave eroded by marine waves.
3) A natural underground open space, generally with a connection to the surface and large enough for a person to enter. The most common type of cave is formed in a limestone by dissolution.
