Капитальная облигация национальных сбережений, разновидность британской облигации, выпущенной Департаментом национальных сбережений (National Savings) в 1989 г., которая приносит гарантированный доход в течение пяти лет. Подоходный налог на выплачиваемый процент не взимается у источника дохода. Облигации продаются по номинальной стоимости 100 ф. ст., один держатель может максимально иметь капитальные облигации всех серий, исключая облигации серии А, на сумму 100 000 ф. ст.
