Dette bevis gør det muligt at handle værdipapirer på amerikanske vilkår (prissætning og udbetalinger i USD samt amerikansk afviklingspraksis), uden at vilkår for det underliggende papir - betinget af forhold på dettes hjemmemarked - skal tilpasses amerikanske forhold.
